Busy weekend ahead 

Nkonkobe Municipality will be recognising organisations and individuals who have played a meaningful role in community and youth development, education, health, sport & recreation, environment, crime prevention, etc, at the annual Community Builder of the Year award-giving ceremony to be held on Friday 7 December 2012 at the Happy Rest Community Hall in Alice. The aim of the programme is to render development support and reward service excellence to the people of Nkonkobe for their valuable contributions in improving the quality of life of their communities.

Admission by invitation only!

On Saturday we will host Miss Nkonkobe; an initiative that was started by the Munnicipality last year, 2011, as a platform to motivate young girls to preserve themselves and be inspired into realising that beauty with substance is a rare quality which needs to be celebrated with prestigious events of this nature.
